After 19 years of service, Linda Leblond will be retiring as Executive Director for the Business Education Council. Her tireless work has grown the BEC to levels that were never imagined. She has left her footprint on the business and education community through her tireless efforts and undying friendships. We wish Linda nothing but the best in her retirement. Justin Dueppengiesser will be taking her place as new Executive Director for the BEC.

Justin is a 2003 graduate of Perry High School. During his time there he participated in football, basketball and was a member of the student government. Justin’s roots are strong within Perry and Wyoming County communities. Many of his family members have grown up in Perry and still work in or in neighboring towns, including his mom, dad and sisters. Excited about the new opportunity Justin states, “Linda has done such an incredible job and I am really looking to build on the foundation that she has already laid.” He comes from an athletic background with 15 years of coaching experience and adds, “whether it is coaching or something else, it is important to try and prepare the future leaders of our communities be successful and the BEC does just that.”
